1938 STUDEBAKER PRESIDENT STREET ROD
For those car enthusiasts not familiar with the Studebaker line, this is the only known 1938 Studebaker President Coupe Street Rod that exists.
This rare piece just returned from the restoration shop, where it was refinished in Dark Burgundy Metallic. Multi-colored flamed graphics. The body is all steel and arrow straight. This was a professionally restored rod. Not cut up or modified on the exterior- still has door and trunk handles. Hood still opens from the original factory mechanism. All tinted glass. Weld wheels. Look at the pictures and video of the factory headlamps. One of the most distinctive designs of the era.
The interior is optioned exactly as a "Car Guy" or "Car Girl" would want it. Leather and tweed interior shows well but also offers driving comfort. Vintage Air and Heat. Power windows. IDIDIT billet tilt steering column. Vintage VDO gauges.
